What To Do When Things Go “Wrong” (Including a Flat Tire – In Real Time! – VIDEO)

Life is full of unexpected, unfortunate events.

When things go “wrong,” it is EASY to fall prey to the negative, overly-chatty inner voice:

That stinky dialogue in your head that gets VERY LOUD about how unlucky you are, or who is to blame, or flies into a crazy rage, or bemoans how awful life is.

The NEGATIVE LOOPER.

You may hear your inner voice repeat this familiar refrain:

Any emotions following this voice STINK. They crash your mood in anger, guilt, depression, or worry. Stress chemicals flood the body. All life flow comes to a screeching HALT. (sigh).

But… there is another way.

• You can choose to NOT listen to that automatic inner voice.

• You can choose to pause long enough to calm yourself and THINK before you react (and regret it later).

• You can decide that inner voice isn’t always correct.

Recently I experienced one of “THOSE” situations.

WHILE it was happening, I became aware I was choosing differently than normal:

Not reacting. Not hooking into any negative story about what was going on.

I noticed also how GOOD that felt to my mind and body. (Must be all that de-looping I have done!).

I shot a video about the experience for you in real-time.

I give specific solutions to help you move through ANY stressful experience with more ease, grace. Even joy.

The most amazing thing about what happened when I did what I call the “Master Key” of ALL the tools that ease the stressors of life… is that FLOW RETURNED.

What do I mean when I say “Flow?”

I’m talking about specific, actual solutions that suddenly APPEARED. Everything became easier. No need to stress, because there was FLOW.

I notice this time and again – whenever I use the Master Key.

I talk about this powerful “solution” early on in the video, and how everything played out after I did it…
