I’m thinking about creating a new course on how to Overcome Anxiety and Worry. I used to be a MEGA-worrier and it caused me a ton of pain, stress, exhaustion, and lost opportunities. Thankfully(!) I learned how to stop the thinking and habits that caused it – and I’m wondering if that might be something other people would find useful?
