Happy New Year! I hope you had wonderful holiday experiences and are starting the year off with FLOW.
 x
While I started off the New Year SLOWLY (I have been remiss in writing a blog or creating a video for some time) – I have very much been in FLOW, as it turns out.
 x
The reason for no communication coming from me is because I’ve been in a type of HIBERNATION.
 x
At first I was getting down on myself for this. Do any of these mind loops sound familiar?
x
  • “What’s wrong with me? Why can’t I get motivated?”
  • “Aargh! Why am I tired all the time?”
  • “All these emotions keep coming up – I don’t feel like feeling them right now! I want to DO something – not FEEL or BE right now, fer cryin’ out loud!”
x
Yep, I was looping about my impulse to hibernate. I was RESISTING what was naturally happening with my body, mind, and spirit.
x
And then I “woke up”… and hibernated.
x
Yeah, I know that sounds like a contradiction – wake up and sleep, basically. But I woke up to the fact that I was RESISTING the natural process of winter.
x
caveWinter is the time of year when the light is dim. Bears go to sleep and fast in their caves. Leaves have fallen off the trees. Everything is “dying” in preparation for a new birth. It’s the time for quiet and reflection.

Meanwhile, life in the cities during the holidays is going WILD… with shopping! Lights! Parties! Supposed to be happy no matter what!! The very OPPOSITE of the natural occurrence of wintertime.
x
So when I “woke up”, I realized it was OKAY to “hibernate.” To reflect. To feel what needed to be acknowledged and felt. To not produce.

And when I finally gave in… something wonderful happened.
x
At the end of December new “sprouts” began to appear… AWESOME, creative sprouts. Inspired concepts came to me for THREE exciting, super-beneficial, transformative programs to create for you this year. Here is the first one:

In this video course, I’ll be taking you through the first 4 D’s of De-Looping PLUS important sections from the remaining 5 D’s of De-Looping – from dissolving unwanted emotions, to reprogramming your mind in ways that support you, instead of tear you down.

The goal is to work with in a more hands-on way to support you in detoxing your negative thoughts and truly CHANGE those neural pathways.  It’s one thing to read the book… it’s another thing altogether to DO the steps outlined in the book. DOING is where transformation takes place, and that’s where many of us falter (we all do this!). So I wanted to solve that issue by covering the material in more of a “I’m here with you!” way.
